Your first visit to 80 Kensington Dental Clinic begins with thoughtfully designed consultation to give you clarity, confidence, and complete peace of mind.

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed in our reception and invited to complete a confidential medical and patient history form.

Your consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes, during which our clinician will take the time to fully understand your needs and carefully create a personalised treatment plan. Every question you may have will be addressed with honesty and care.

We begin by listening and taking the time to understand your concerns, aspirations, and expectations, and exploring how we can meet and exceed them. You’ll be guided through the treatment options available to you, with a clear explanation of the benefits and any potential considerations, so you can make an informed and confident decision.

Should treatment be recommended, all pre and post treatment care will be explained in detail, ensuring you feel fully supported at every stage of your journey.

What conditions/treatment areas can be treated by dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers can be used to provide the foundation and support for younger looking skin. They can help with jowls, lines and wrinkles, asymmetry, dark under eye circles, and general ageing.

We offer dermal filler treatments to the following areas:

Dermal Fillers Pre-Treatment Instructions:

To minimise the risk of bruising and ensure the best possible results, please follow the guidance below.

Two Weeks Prior to Treatment
Unless medically prescribed, avoid the following for 14 days before your appointment:
 • Anti-inflammatory medications (e.g. Ibuprofen)
 • Aspirin*
 • Fish oil / Omega-3
 • Vitamin E
 • Herbal or other supplements
*If you are prescribed Aspirin or any blood-thinning medication, do not discontinue without approval from your GP or prescribing doctor.

If you have a history of cold sores, please inform us before your appointment - particularly if you have had an outbreak within the last two weeks, as preventative antiviral medication may be required.

On the Day
Arrive well hydrated and have a light meal beforehand. Please avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment.

Dermal Fillers Post-Treatment Instructions:

• Avoid touching or applying pressure to the treated area for 24 hours.
 • Refrain from strenuous exercise, alcohol, and excessive heat (saunas, steam rooms, sunbeds) for 24–48 hours.
 • For lip or perioral treatments, avoid eating immediately after your appointment to allow the product to settle.
 • Mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising is normal and will resolve within a few days.
