Booking with us is quick and easy. Get in touch with us via:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

​

Patients who cancel with short notice twice may have future bookings restricted. This helps us maintain fair appointment availability for all patients.

  • We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and resolve them as quickly as possible.

 

Feedback can be given in writing via am email or directly to reception.

 Giving 48 hours’ notice to cancel means we can offer your spot to someone who really needs it.

If it is out of hours kindly, contact NHS 111 or visit your nearest A&E.
